Question 1

Does my school's profile in the directory cost anything?

Accepted Answer

The basic profile is free: you present your school with one photo, your curricula and your fees. The enhanced profile, at 300 DH per month, adds unlimited photos and the “Request a visit” and “Send a pre-registration” buttons, so families can contact you directly.

Question 2

How does the featured listing work?

Accepted Answer

It is an option of the enhanced profile: 500 DH per month per city, on top of the 300 DH enhanced profile, so 800 DH per month for one city. Your school appears at the top of the schools in the city you choose. Contact us to turn it on.

Question 3

Do I need the management software to get an enhanced profile?

Accepted Answer

No. The directory visibility offers and the management software are independent: you can take one, the other or both. Requests received through the enhanced profile arrive by email; with the software, you also track them in admissions, included in Base.

Question 4

How is my plan determined?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the number of students: Small under 100 students, Medium from 100 to 300 students, Large above 300. The price of each module changes with the plan.

Question 5

What does the Base module include?

Accepted Answer

The Base module is required. It gives access to the dashboard, your school's profile, people management (students, teachers, staff, parents), classes, admissions and photo galleries. You then add the modules you need.

Question 6

Can I try before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every school gets a free 30-day trial to discover the software and turn on the modules of its choice, with no commitment.

Question 7

What happens at the end of the trial?

Accepted Answer

You choose your modules and activate your subscription from Settings, Subscription. Without an active subscription, only the Base module remains available; your data is kept.

Question 8

What's the difference between the Simple and Advanced timetable?

Accepted Answer

The Simple version lets you build the schedule by hand with subjects, time slots and rooms, then export it as a PDF. The Advanced version generates the timetable automatically from weekly hours and teacher availability, detects conflicts and provides statistics.

Question 9

Can I change modules during the school year?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You turn a module on or off at any time from your school workspace; the monthly amount is recalculated immediately.
