Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Olipo website, published by [Company name]: the directory of schools in Morocco, the tools that connect families with schools (visit requests, pre-registrations, comparison tool, favorites) and the school management software offered to schools. Using the website means you accept these terms.

Browsing the directory, the comparison tool, favorites and sending requests to schools are free and do not require an account.

By sending a visit request or a pre-registration, you agree to provide accurate information and accept that it is sent to the school you chose. The school alone decides on admission and on how to follow up on your request.

Profiles are written from information provided by the schools or from public sources, and reviewed before publication. The fees, curricula and services shown are for guidance only and may change; they must be confirmed with the school. Any error can be reported to contact@olipo.ma.

Registering a school is subject to approval by the Olipo team, which may refuse an incomplete or inconsistent request. The school agrees to:

• publish accurate information and keep it up to date;
• hold the rights to the texts, logos and photos it publishes, including image-rights consent from the people photographed, especially students;
• keep its users' login credentials confidential;
• handle families' requests promptly.

Olipo may suspend a profile or an account in case of misleading or unlawful content, or content that breaches these terms.

The software is offered as a monthly subscription made up of the Base module and the modules chosen by the school. The price depends on the plan, set by the number of students, according to the price list published on the Pricing page.

• All prices are in dirhams (DH).
• The basic profile in the directory is free. The enhanced profile and city featuring are monthly subscriptions separate from the software.
• Each school gets a free 30-day trial.
• Modules can be turned on or off at any time; the monthly amount is adjusted accordingly.
• At the end of the trial or subscription, only the Base module remains available and the data is kept.
• Billing and payment terms: [to be specified].

Data entered in the software (students, classes, absences, homework, finance…) belongs to the school, which is the data controller. Olipo hosts and processes it on the school's behalf, without using it for any other purpose, as described in the privacy policy.

• Publishing false information or impersonating a school or a person.
• Sending abusive or automated requests, or requests unrelated to a school enquiry.
• Scraping the website's content on a large scale or trying to access another school's data.
• Interfering with the operation or security of the service.

Olipo does its best to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially during maintenance. Olipo is not a party to the relationship between families and schools and cannot be held liable for decisions made by schools.

These terms may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page; subscribing schools are informed of significant changes by email.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [city].
