How do I register my school on Olipo?
Fill in the “Register my school” form with the school's name, type, city, contact details and a short description. Our team reviews the request, then lets you know by email when the profile is published.
Does it cost anything to be listed in the directory?
The basic profile is free, with one photo. The enhanced profile, at 300 DH per month, adds unlimited photos and the “Request a visit” and “Send a pre-registration” buttons. The featured listing, an option of the enhanced profile, costs 500 DH more per month per city and puts your school at the top of its city. The management software is optional and billed separately.
How do I update my school's profile?
From your school workspace, under “My school”: overview, teaching approach, languages, grade levels, fees, transport, canteen, staff, campus and photos.
How do I receive visit requests and pre-registrations?
Each visit request is sent to you by email. With the management software, you also find requests and pre-registration files in your workspace, with their status: admissions are included in Base.
What does the school management software include?
People and classes, timetables (manual or generated automatically), attendance and absences, homework diary, school diary for parents, emails and announcements, admissions and re-enrollments, finance, photo galleries and a portal for parents, students and teachers.
How much does the software cost?
The price depends on the number of students (Small, Medium and Large plans) and the modules you choose. The Base module is required and every school can try the software free for 30 days. Details are on the Pricing page.
